Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Associate on a fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT projects.
Key responsibilities include maintaining network infrastructure, installing and configuring software, and ensuring data security protocols are followed. Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of IT systems are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in IT support. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, networking protocols, and hardware is required.
