Job Description
General Trias Medical Center and Hospital seeks a full-time IT Associate to provide on-site technical support and infrastructure maintenance. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, have 1–2 years of IT staff experience (hospital exposure preferred), and be proficient in MS Office.
- Responsibilities: install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners; troubleshoot and maintain systems; support BIZBOX; respond promptly to service requests; create user accounts; repair and replace equipment; document procedures; test new technologies; support application roll-outs; and mentor junior staff.
