Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Abide by the firm’s corporate policies and procedures.
- Provides technical support to users through various channels.
- Installs, configures, and maintains hardware, software, systems & network.
- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, systems & network issues.
- Maintains IT infrastructure and client portals.
- Escalates complex issues to managed service provider.
- Documents technical activities, incidents, and changes.
- Assists in IT asset tracking and procurement.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Team player with good organization and urgency skills.
- Demonstrates positive attitude and work ethics.
- Flexibility for work hours and occasional travel.
Job Type: Full-time
