Job Description
SM Retail, Inc. is seeking an IT Associate to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Install POS terminals and IT equipment.
- Conduct regular checks of IT assets.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and repairs.
- Meet service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the IT Office.
- Assist with escalated incidents.
- Implement application updates as needed.
- Collaborate with service customers during meetings.
- Perform other necessary IT-related duties.
Qualifications: Degree in a computer-related field, 2 years of experience, willingness to travel, knowledge of POS systems is a plus. Based in IT Office – SM Calamba.
