Job Description
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installs POS terminals, MSPG terminals, user workstations, servers, and other IT-related equipment.
- Conducts regular IT asset checks in the branch for uptime compliance.
- Performs first-level troubleshooting and repairs in stores.
- Ensures all incidents and service requests are met within SLA.
- Maintains IT Office housekeeping and assists with escalated incidents.
- Implements updates and collaborates on support with service customers.
- Performs other IT duties for business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a computer-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to travel across branches.
- POS system knowledge is advantageous.
- Assignment location: SM Telabastagan.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Rotational shift, Shift system
Supplemental pay types:
