Job Description
1. Ensures computer hardware is well maintained:
- a. POS server
- b. POS registers
- c. Work stations at back office
2. Ensures successful updates of system and masterfile.
- a. POS server successfully processed start of day and end of day
- b. System maintenance successfully effects at registers
- c. HRMS is regularly uploaded
3. Ensures transactions data for the day are intact, complete, supported by backup, and secures confidentiality.
