Job Description
Job Summary
The IT Associate is responsible for maintaining computer hardware within the assigned store/s.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 1 year of IT, data entry, and technical support experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain computer hardware
- Ensure system updates and master files are successful
- Secure and back up transaction data daily
- Conduct price integrity audits
- Support cycle count activities
- Report system incidents and exceptions
Job Details
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

- Schedule: 8-hour day shift
- Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, performance bonus
