Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented IT Audit and Compliance Manager to join our team. As an IT Audit and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization’s IT systems and processes adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular audits of our IT systems, evaluating their effectiveness, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also work closely with departments across the organization to develop and implement IT policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in IT audit and compliance. You should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR, and be familiar with auditing frameworks and methodologies.
In addition, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential for success in this role. An attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are also vital.
