Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced IT BTS M&S Process Analyst Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing the BTS (Business Technology Services) M&S (Monitoring and Support) process within the IT department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing business technology services and support processes.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.
- Leading a team of analysts to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex process-related issues.
- Monitoring and managing service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT process management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also required.
