Job Description
Handle discussion of business requirements during data gathering process.
Communicate project scope to clients, stakeholders, and development team.
Analyze business workflow and prepare Functional Specification Document and User’s Manual.
Design mockup screens to wireframe the proposed application and initiate proper documentation via Redmine.
Prepare tasks and subtasks based on sprint requirements and participate in deployment coordination.
Design UAT test cases and conduct functional testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Support production versions, resolve user issues, and provide User Acceptance Training walkthrough.
