Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Computer-related course or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Experience working in the Banking Industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather business requirements for a software project.
- Prepare business requirements documentation.
- Prepare functional specifications to support the business requirements.
- Provide clarifications to software developers for the functional specifications.
- Prepare test cases for the system integration test.
- Execute test cases and report defects.
- Train users on how to use the software.
- Recommend changes to the operating procedure.
- Investigate defects reported during user acceptance test.
