Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant studies.
- 2+ years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Business Process and Analysis and Project Management.
- Experience using development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum).
- Knowledge of conducting or leading scrum ceremonies and agile practices.
- Experience in participating in API/System Integration and Manual Testing is a plus.
- Relevant certification is a plus but not a requirement.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Banking or Financial projects or industries is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Identify, investigate, and research company requirements for improvement or new solutions.
- Develop efficient solutions based on company requirements.
- Oversee the migration or implementation of new policies and conduct staff training.
- Collaborate with management to ensure new policies meet company requirements.
- Generate manuals, reports, and necessary documentation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
