As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business teams. Your main role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing IT solutions to enhance efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create detailed documentation, and ensure that IT projects align with business goals. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of both technology and business are essential for this role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into layman’s terms are crucial.
