Job Description
VGSI is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have the ability to analyze and gather business requirements, translate them into clear documentation, and have a basic understanding of software development processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with users to gather business requirements
- Conducting testing and providing user training support
- Creating user manuals and quick guides
