Job Description
We are seeking a talented M365 Administrator to join our IT Client Services team. As an M365 Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring smooth operation and efficient user experience.
Key responsibilities include setting up and configuring M365 applications, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access and permissions, and providing training and support to end-users.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude towards resolving client issues in a timely manner.
