Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Dispatcher to join our team. As an IT Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching IT technicians to various client locations to provide technical support and resolve hardware and software issues.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring incoming IT service requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and assigning them to the appropriate technicians. You will also need to ensure timely response and resolution of technical issues, maintaining effective communication with clients and technicians throughout the process.
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as solid technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a customer-focused mindset.
