Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an IT & ELV Support Specialist at HSH Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a good understanding of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
Responsibilities include providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as troubleshooting ELV systems such as security, CCTV, and access control systems. The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills and have the ability to work well under pressure.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, at least 2 years of experience in IT support, and knowledge of ELV systems. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or CCNA are a plus.
