Job Description
Join our team at IT By Design as an IT End-User Support Analyst! In this role, you will be responsible for desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, application installation, and support for various technologies including O365 and printers. You should have at least 2 years of experience in service desk or IT help desk roles.
We offer competitive pay up to Php39,00.00 per month, along with great benefits such as life insurance, paid leaves, and comprehensive training. This position requires a night shift and is based in BGC, Taguig City.
