Job Description
Position: CWI Staff
Job Summary: A CWI Staff is responsible for preparing, developing, and controlling work instructions to enhance the company’s organization and structure.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Prepares work instructions, diagrams, flowcharts, and process controls for the production department.
- Monitors CWI department activities and personnel.
- Ensures timely release of work instructions for production needs.
- Follows-up on personnel for work instruction approval.
- Submits work instructions to DCC for control.
- Coordinates with NPI Engineer, CWI Team Leader, and NPI Manager on CWI activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, Day shift
- Work on Holidays and Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be required
Location: Cabuyao, Laguna (Commute/relocate required)
