Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage, oversee, and spearhead the following tasks of the IT Department:
- Installation and configuration of all of the company’s systems, applications, and hardware equipment
- Maintenance of computer parts and other hardware devices such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Timely and accurate diagnosis of hardware and software technical issues
- Physical cabling installation, port termination, and network configuration
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of network and hardware such as routers, AP, switches, etc.
- Coordination with end-users when issues arise and providing prompt and accurate feedback
- Responding to user inquiries on technical issues
- Ensuring all issues are properly logged in the IT issues monitoring system
- Documentation in the form of notes, manuals, and other similar documents.
- To monitor and ensure effective and timely completion of all IT-related projects
- To report and escalate any issues encountered to the immediate head
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Manager
- At least 3 years of experience in IT-related work
- Preferably has working knowledge in Firewall System and Business Continuity Plan
- Preferably knowledgeable in ERP System both Technical and Functional
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
