Job Description
GECO PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an IT Help Desk Support representative with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support for POS terminals and related software, responding to requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Requirements include a basic understanding of IT support practices, hands-on experience with POS systems, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Job Type: Fixed term. Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php15,500.00 per month. Additional benefits include opportunities for promotion and paid training.
