Job Description

Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we seek to hire an IT Helpdesk Technician I to join our growing company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees/staff.
- Walk the staff through the problem-solving cases.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Follow-up and update customer status and information.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an IT or other technical support role.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively on both ticket/task-based and project-based activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in security concepts and applications.
- Fortinet and Solarwinds N-Able experience preferred but not required.
*This is going to be an on-site work. Our offices are located in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
