Job Description
Join our team at IT By Design as an IT Helpdesk Analyst. Be responsible for desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, application support, and VPN setup. Your role will involve active directory user management and providing outstanding customer support.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of Service Desk experience, knowledge of Active Directory and M365, and a willingness to work the night shift (Eastern Time) in BGC, Taguig City.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php45,00.00/month
