Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about providing technical support and finding solutions to IT issues? We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of IT Helpdesk Associate. Join our team and become a part of a dynamic company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
As an IT Helpdesk Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues through various communication channels.
- Performing troubleshooting and providing timely support for hardware and software-related problems.
- Assisting in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including user accounts and network configurations.
- Documenting and tracking all support activities in a ticketing system.
If you have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, but not required. Certification in IT support is a plus.
