Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk specialist to join our team. As an IT Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.
Your main duties will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring that all IT equipment is functioning properly.
Furthermore, you will be required to respond to support tickets in a timely manner and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
