Job Description
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as IT Helpdesk professionals. As part of the Level 1 and Level 2 support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients via voice communication.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, identifying network problems, and guiding users through necessary steps to resolve their IT-related concerns.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
