Job Description

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Stream Mentor, this role aims to deliver efficient IT support services to all technology users within the Company Group.

Key Accountabilities

Helpdesk Support

  • Provide superior phone and email support to all technology customers.
  • Coordinate responses to user issues.
  • Install necessary hardware and software.
  • Develop knowledge of Microsoft and specialized applications.
  • Identify training opportunities.
  • Offer troubleshooting and specialist support.

Qualifications:

  • Azure knowledge (preferred)
  • Proficiency in desktop applications
  • Familiarity with Citrix workspace (nice to have)
  • Managed engine-helpdesk platform
