Job Description
- A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related courses
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 2 years previous IT Service Desk and/or technical support experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good computer troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends, and shifting schedule
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
- Great Customer Service skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Highly organized and self-disciplined
- Willing to work in PACITA SAN PEDRO LAGUNA
- Willing to start work ASAP
