Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk / Service Desk professional to join our team at Virtual Drive. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT systems and applications, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
