Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Helpdesk Specialist with Procurement Experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing our procurement processes.
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist with Procurement Experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our IT systems and maintaining a smooth workflow for the procurement of technology and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent technical support and guidance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory, including procurement, installation, configuration, and upgrade.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to identify requirements and execute procurement processes efficiently.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT solutions to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including data security and privacy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk support and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
