JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Global Helpdesk & Corporate Workflow proficiency
- Design, Enhance, and Document processes
- ITIL processes understanding
- Present processes to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholders’ views for optimal solutions
- Co-Chair meetings with the Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Team player with Microsoft proficiency
