Job Description
DCtecH Network Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance via phone or email. Responsibilities include remote troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and providing tailored solutions.
Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to resolve problems efficiently.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as additional leave and promotion opportunities.
