Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st tier technical support for network, software, and hardware issues
- Resolve user calls related to computer problems and inquiries
- Contact vendors for technical support and information
- Initiate, escalate, and resolve problem tickets
- Truly troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
- Perform other assigned duties
Skill/Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in IT/MIS or related field
- 2-5 years of IT Helpdesk Support experience
- Networking and hardware knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft products and operating systems
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication of technical concepts
- Remote support experience is a plus
