Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st tier technical support for network, software, and hardware issues
  • Resolve user calls related to computer problems and inquiries
  • Contact vendors for technical support and information
  • Initiate, escalate, and resolve problem tickets
  • Truly troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
  • Perform other assigned duties

Skill/Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in IT/MIS or related field
  • 2-5 years of IT Helpdesk Support experience
  • Networking and hardware knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft products and operating systems
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication of technical concepts
  • Remote support experience is a plus
