Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team. As an IT Helpdesk Support, your main responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to our internal users. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting IT-related issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex cases when needed.
Key requirements for this role include strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT systems and software, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in working in a helpdesk or customer support environment is highly desirable.
