Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk professional to join our team. As an IT Helpdesk, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance to our employees regarding computer systems, hardware, and software.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, maintaining computer systems and networks, and ensuring that our employees have a smooth and efficient working experience. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to our staff, assisting them with any technical difficulties they may encounter.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of computer systems and software. You should also possess effective communication skills, as you will be required to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
