Job Description
As an IT Helpdesk Technician II, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, setting up new hardware and software, and maintaining documentation.
You will also be responsible for assisting with network maintenance tasks, such as troubleshooting network connectivity issues and assisting in the setup of network infrastructure. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
