Job Description
Swak BPO Corp seeks an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician II to manage tickets and SLAs, configure and maintain hardware, support staff onboarding and acquisitions, assist Tier 3 deployments, ensure application and patch compliance, escalate complex incidents, and coordinate with clients to resolve issues.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, strong customer service skills, proficiency in application troubleshooting, and solid hardware/software knowledge.
