Job Description
As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users experiencing computer or software issues. This entry-level position is open to fresh graduates who have a passion for IT and a willingness to learn.
Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical problems, installing and configuring software and hardware, and maintaining IT systems. You will also assist in setting up new accounts, resetting passwords, and documenting support processes.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for this role. Training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills to succeed in this dynamic environment.
