Job Description
As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, install and configure computer systems, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities. Prior experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred.
