Job Description
Swak BPO Corp. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician I to join our dynamic team in Clark Freeport Zone. Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and escalating problems when necessary. Ideal candidates will have experience in IT support, tech-savvy skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for technical assistance
- Perform remote troubleshooting and guide staff through solutions
- Record and log all technical events and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT or technical support
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of tech products and systems
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Good understanding of security concepts
