Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Infrastructure Assistant to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance in maintaining our organization’s network infrastructure.
Your main tasks will include troubleshooting network issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. In addition, you will assist in managing and maintaining our data center, server rooms, and networking equipment.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a good understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software. You must be able to work well in a team, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
