Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Intern to join our team. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various technical areas and contribute to the implementation of IT solutions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Participate in the installation and configuration of network devices.
- Support the maintenance and backup of systems and databases.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT projects.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in training if necessary.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols and operating systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
