Job Description
Overview:
The role at Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation involves supporting the gaming studio operation for seamless performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise IT support for gaming studio operation during shifts.
- Provide level-2 support for technical issues.
- Resolve technical issues on gaming tables.
- Supervise application system deployment.
- Maintain table game system for optimal performance.
- Monitor video streams for smooth delivery.
- Collaborate for OTG-related projects.
Requirements:
- IT Course or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Proficient in computer systems.
- Familiarity with OBS encoding.
- Background in Node.js.
