Job Description
Key Skills and Experience:
- Plan, design, and maintain IT infrastructure for BPO services.
- Ensure availability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
- Create and execute security policies and procedures.
- Manage security systems and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with departments to provide IT solutions.
- Address and resolve IT problems.
- Manage IT budget and vendor relationships.
- Establish record-keeping system for IT resources.
- Prepare monthly reports and tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in IT field.
- 5 years of experience in IT Support/Security with leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Good communication, English proficiency, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php90,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule:
- 8-hour Day shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus
