Job Description
THE ROLE:
The Case Manager is responsible for resolving technical and non-technical issues related to services, liaising with customers and local providers. The ideal candidate will establish new processes and optimize existing ones.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Network Engineers towards common goals
- Provide first-line support for internal and external parties
- Manage Network & Data Communication Systems
- Focus on Customer Excellence and relationship management
- Customer-oriented with expertise in customer service processes
- Familiarity with ITIL Framework
MUST BE A JAPANESE SPEAKER – N3 TO NATIVE LEVEL
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php120,00.00 per month
