Job Summary
Responsible for managing an IT Store Support team within a designated area, ensuring the timely resolution of system and application concerns in alignment with established service level agreements and for managing the effective implementation of IT projects within the organization.
Job Description
- Plans and allocates resources for IT projects and store activities, ensuring timely task fulfillment.
- Monitors service delivery performance, addressing issues in line with service level agreements.
- Evaluates store IT assets to minimize disruptions and breakdowns.
- Refines IT support processes for optimal efficiency and incident resolution.
- Prepares progress reports on service delivery and projects.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years managing IT support teams.
- Willingness to travel to different stores nationwide.
