Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Officer to join our team at Esclusivo Inc. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Manage network and server infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure data security and backup
- Provide IT support and training to staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing IT systems
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network administration
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
