Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Participating in the development, implementation, installation, and testing of software.
- Diagnosing and solving computer hardware and software problems.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades for hardware, software, and systems based on the discretion of the Management.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Setting up email accounts and user accounts for employees to access company email and systems.
- Providing technical assistance to employees.
- Orienting employees on the use of computer hardware and software.
- Maintaining a record of software licenses.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding the information being accessed, processed, and stored.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned and required by immediate superior and Management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be mature, pleasant, courteous, cooperative, and an enthusiastic team player who displays good human relations skills.
- Must be flexible in working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Experience with Hospitality-related applications and/or systems (PMS, POS, Key card).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga: Relocate before starting work (Required)
