Job Description
CXC Philippines seeks a full-time IT Operations and Coordination Specialist (12-month fixed-term) to ensure IT availability, reliability, and security. Responsibilities include monitoring systems and networks; leading incident and problem resolution; coordinating technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders; optimizing processes and automation; ensuring governance and data protection; supporting IT projects; and maintaining documentation.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field; 2–5 years’ experience in IT operations with incident management; familiarity with ITSM/ITIL; strong analytical and communication skills.
- Compensation: Php30,00–70,00; benefits include health and life insurance, work-from-home flexibility, and required on-site presence.
