Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Operations and Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our IT department.
Your main responsibilities will include supervising a team of IT technicians, monitoring the performance of our systems and networks, implementing maintenance plans, and ensuring that all IT operations are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT operations and maintenance, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You should also have experience in managing a team and a thorough understanding of network infrastructure.
